What is energy healing?<\/font><\/span><\/p>

Our BE-ing and the entire Universe consists of energy at varying frequencies, vibrations and patterns. Living with energy all around us and from within an energetic human body perspective, our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experiences are influenced by energy and the benefits of energy healing.  
Energy Healers work with energy, by accessing and channelling various universal healing energies to provide energetic balance and healing to an individual’s chakra system and energy pathways. Energy Healing is an alternate and holistic approach to wellness, working on regaining physical health, restoring mental and emotional balance and harmony, and aiding in opening our spiritual connections.  

During an energy healing session, your practitioner will place their hands on or above your specific energy centres (chakras), and various parts of your body, to channel energy for healing. Experiencing these intense and unique energies will create what is often felt as a profoundly relaxing and meditative feeling, rich in sensations. An even deeper healing and clearing process will also unfold over the following few days and sometimes longer, as your mind, body and spirit integrate these energies, using them for self-healing.
Every session is unique in what can energetically happen and be consciously experienced, depending on your needs and under the guidance of your guides and your \u2018higher-self\u2019 (a higher part of your own consciousness). <\/font><\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div>
